While Valley equipment continues to be rated as top quality with the longest life in the industry, all mechanical equipment experiences some type of failure, eventually. Michigan Valley is ready to get you back running promptly.  We pride ourselves in being responsive. During the heat of the watering season, we give priority attention to systems that are “no goes”.  Top priority to “unable to water”.  Our trucks are equipped, our service techs receive regular factory training, and our parts shelves are stocked.

 We also go beyond the pivot to help with ancillary components you may have in your system.  Whether it is the waterline or power wire our people and equipment are capable of nearly any repair.  Our technicians can service VFD’s, phase converters, pumps, generators, telemetry, and pump control.  If it is part of your irrigation system, we have no doubt had our hands on it.  

Unfortunately, crashes are also part of our industry.  Our build crews and service techs work together to get your equipment operational.  We also can assist with the insurance paperwork if necessary.
